3 / Short description of project
To rescue and publishing Goral old songs that in the years 1954 - 1964 saw the tape ethnographer and filmmaker Martin S if and to the 80ročnej Sophia Čarnogurská in the village of Little Frank and the other Zamagurské villages .
Those old recordings need to renovate , to play a more permanent media , and archive .
Selection of these songs , performed by current Goral singers and musicians from Slovak and Polish side of the border should be nahraťna CDs and distribute Goral in Slovakia and Poland , because it is our common heritage .
4 / Detailed project description
Goral old songs from MG recordings made 60 years ago were at that time forgot . The number of around one hundred songs she remembered just over eighty , crippled since childhood Zofia Čarnogurská in Little Frank . Sang their ethnographer , a documentary film- Martin Slivka and his wife olge Plum to reel recorder . Since then, however, sound equipment has changed and mentioned songs remain unavailable to the public , at risk of collapse of the old record . From the authors recordings have lived only 77 year old Olga Plum . Her illness or departure would decrypt passes further complicated because the clarity of the texts over the years getting worse .
The area is populated Goral state border divided into two parts and after World War II were contacts between them for years is very limited . 5 / Target groups and groups that will benefit from the project
CD - recordings and accompanying spevníček are designed primarily folk groups and ensembles that emerged in recent years in many Goral and perform at folk festivals in Slovakia and Poland. Into their repertoires need those old , rare songs that have fallen into oblivion already three generations . The Goral villages there is great interest . Today a playback technique is already widely available in families and schools. Lyrics talk about life in Zamagurie , the Polish Spis and Podhale in the past centuries . 8 / expected outcomes of the project
- Saving hundreds of old songs Goral their transcripts from MG belts to the latest recording technology
- From the new record will be more into print lyrics of these songs and made their sheet music . From the original records would not , could not do it without damaging them .
- Selection of 20 songs performed by singers and musicians Goral CD recording.
- Ed text and music of the Annex to CD, which is circulated by the following municipalities and folk group in Poland and the Slovak part Goral region .
- Activists in various communities ( teachers , members of the folklore and local volunteers ) will then be able to teach children and youth in school , school party at home , including through workshops , rescued an old song Goral dialect at home .

After realizing CD recordings and spevníčka plan, within the present project conducted workshops / workshops / children and schoolchildren, organize training Goral dances and songs in the Little Frank and other villages and schools in Zamagurie also on the Polish Spis , through members of the folklore groups . In the premises of the Municipal Office in Little Frank also took place in past years workshops with children . Led them : p . Result of the present project : CD recordings and spevníčky Goral old songs we used in subsequent years in workshops . Their documents will also form dramatic - musical skits for amateur performances at festivals .
Based on current activities, show interest in domestic traditions of song children and youth from Great and Little Frank , also from other villages Goral region . The local folklore groups and groups from Slovak and Polish side achieve success in local and national festivals . Development of domestic folk art contributes to the development of tourism .

In recent times we have had in their activities economically very limited and it typically act only within the Small and Big Frank . For the development of Goral culture is not necessarily needed cross-border cooperation between Slovak and Polish area . Therefore apply for financial support Visegrad Fund. 13 / Expected results and potential risks
A successful implementation of the proposed project will not only save and disclosure Goral old songs in CD recordings and spevníčka , but also cross-border cooperation between Slovak and Polish regions Goral dialect area and its culture. In mountainous regions Zamagurie Polish Spis and Orava persists upper outflow of young people to cities , interest in working in agriculture and forestry , the feeling of isolation of rural life . That we want to prevent the development of local tradition and culture that brings Failure would be the lack of interest of local residents, especially young people, of their own tradition and culture . Implementation Goral CD recordings of songs from Little Frank
In line with the planned implementation deadlines Goral CD recordings of songs from Little Frank in January 2014 took place in the film ATTACK FILM Ltd. in Bratislava old MG restoration of the original records from 1953 and transcript on CD . In the first week of February has drawn up lyrics on the CD recording Olga Slivková that their 60 years ago with her husband , ethnography and documentary film-maker Martin Slivka recorded on the MG record from over 80 annual Chromej folk singer Sophie Čarnogurská , nicknamed " čotka Kuľavka " .

Supervisor Goral folk groups welcomed the opportunity to participate in the recording of old songs . The names of individual singers and musicians speváčiek whose chosen for the upcoming recording. Of the 70 songs recorded in 1953 chose 24 and divided them for six at each of the participating files . Music editor of the new CD recording is a student of the Faculty of Music Performing Arts Peter G and bo r.
